This compact scoring knife is excellent for detailed and decorative cuts in breads and doughs. It is the one I personally use, and want to share it with you! The embedded screw design ensures easy adjustment of blade tension and secured angle. The design allows you to score primary deep cuts as well as meticulous, exact scores with no worries about messing up. The bread razor can retract and be stored safely, completely inside the lame. (comes with 5 blades)
