Jacqueline and her co-founder met working long hours as a sales team for a local Utah company. They would bring snacks from home or buy snacks from vendors, and the options were consistently disappointing. Either the snacks tasted terrible if they were good for you, or they just were not good for you. They began looking into the healthy snack market and tried every brand they could find. Some were dairy-free. Some were non-GMO. Some had low-glycemic sweeteners. Some were gluten-free. But nothing seemed to contain most of the qualities they were looking for, and if it did, it did not taste good.

In 2017, Jacqueline co-founded E3 Energy Cubes Inc. with a mission to Change the Flavor of Healthy by creating good clean foods for any lifestyle. After consulting food scientists, chefs, and nutritionists and still being unsatisfied, they went into the kitchen themselves. They sourced only the finest ingredients, and E3 Energy Cubes were born. Finally: healthy tastes good.

A WBENC-Certified Women-Owned Business

Go Energy Foods, Inc., the company behind E3 Energy Cubes, is a certified women-owned business through the Women's Business Enterprise National Council. Jacqueline is the majority woman owner and leads a team that is predominantly made up of women. The team includes Hailee, who serves as executive assistant; Lexi, who manages the store locator network; Silvere, who coordinates in-store demos; Jocelyn, who supports production; and Jamisyn, who handles graphic design, marketing, and social media. Their husbands and family members show up as genuine supporters and cheerleaders at events and in the warehouse. This is a family-and-community-rooted operation in every sense.

Made Fresh, Locally, in Utah

E3 Energy Cubes are produced locally in Utah, which is a meaningful part of their story. Local production means the team can maintain direct quality control over every batch, respond quickly when improvements are needed, and ensure that what customers receive is genuinely fresh. Jon runs the warehouse and works tirelessly to make sure every order is made right and made fresh. That hands-on, local production standard is part of what keeps E3 Energy Cubes in a different category from protein bars manufactured overseas at scale.

An NBA Champion Joined the Team

In 2020, Norris Cole, two-time NBA Champion with the Miami Heat, joined E3 Energy Cubes as an investor. Norris had eaten protein bars his entire athletic career. When he tasted E3 Energy Cubes at a business conference in Utah, he was so impressed by the flavor, packaging, and ingredient quality that he asked to be involved. His favorite flavor is Lemon Blueberry. The fact that a professional athlete who has spent a lifetime eating protein bars was moved to invest in E3 says something clear about what sets this product apart from everything else on the shelf.
