A Personal Mission Turned into a Movement
Hi, I'm Veronica! As an investment banker, I found myself juggling work, life, and the constant struggle of trying to make better food choices while still enjoying the pleasures of the meals I love.
It was at my bank, when I would work late and order takeout to the office, that I realized how difficult it was to incorporate more vegetables into my daily routine. I started playing around with a dehydrator in my East Village studio apartment, and after many trials, edggies were born.
I started using edggies, and my boss and colleagues tried them as well. Eventually, we started selling edggies at a farmer's market and had some repeat customers. I knew then that this was something that was missing from the nutritional paradigm.
Building Better Habits, One Sprinkle at a Time

edggies sources its kale from an organic, non-GMO family-run farm located in Coachella Valley, California, where the naturally dry air provides the perfect setting for dehydration. Veronica works closely with the farmers to ensure that ingredients are handled in the best possible way. Their product and co-packing partners are both HACCP and GMP certified, complying with international standards in food safety.
