The Rest of the Story
I Love Black Garlic
A Note from Founder, Camille Davis
I have always had a deep affection for garlic, so much so that I roast whole bulbs and dip the cloves in olive oil like a delicacy. So when I came across a video of Dr. Berg passionately talking about something called black garlic and its incredible health properties, I was instantly intrigued and, honestly, a little miffed that I hadn't discovered it sooner.
Of course, I had to try it. One hour, three stores, and one confused pre-teen later, I finally found the last jar sitting by itself on the shelf, like it had been waiting just for me. The store attendant even joked, "That bottle has been waiting for you." I believed them.
I didn't even make it out of the parking lot. I cracked that jar open right there in my car and took one bite. Boom, life changed. The taste was like nothing I'd ever had before: rich, sweet, savory, deep, and complex. I. Was. Hooked.
As I learned more about its health benefits and umami-rich flavor, I knew I had to share it. So I got to work. That journey was filled with research, late nights, test batches, and plenty of garlic breath. But it was worth every moment.
This isn't just a wellness product, it's something I believe in, something I use, and something I love. And I think you will too.
