About Terrapin Ridge Farms
A Love of Entertaining
The heart of Terrapin Ridge Farms comes from a deep love of entertaining. Owner and CEO Mary O'Donnell grew up in a family that loved to host — their annual Holiday Open House was legendary. Her friends loved to gather at her house, and everyone was especially excited when it was her mom Aunt Rosie's turn to host the holiday party. Rosie made it look effortless, with food that tasted like it had been fussed over for days.
Mary discovered early on that she inherited this love of entertaining, and it ultimately led her into the world of specialty food. After ten years in the industry, she ventured out to purchase a small specialty food brand with budding potential.
Partners with a Shared Vision
In July of 2010, Mary reached out to Brian Coughlin — a friend of 22 years and fellow Cleveland native — and together they purchased the Terrapin Ridge Farms brand. What started as a handful of items has grown into a lineup of over 100 great-selling products, including savory jams, garnishing aioli squeezes, mustards, dips, dressings, sauces, and grill and wing sauces.
Built on Passion and a Reputation for Quality
Terrapin Ridge Farms has developed a reputation as a truly original, high-quality food creator. Their team is made up of passionate foodies with one shared goal: to deliver memorable, positive experiences that can be shared with loved ones. Their motto says it all — Taking Simple to Unforgettable. That isn't just a tagline. It's the promise behind every jar, squeeze bottle, and dip they make.
Located in Clearwater, Florida, Terrapin Ridge Farms has earned recognition from publications and organizations including Forbes, Real Simple, Rachel Ray Every Day, Southern Living, Cooking with Paula Deen, and the Specialty Food Association. They also took home a Gold Medal from the National Mustard Museum — a badge of honor for any condiment maker worth their salt.
